Who are we ?

The estate is now owned by Claire 27 years old and Audouin 30 years old. Passionate about vines and heritage, we do everything in our power to preserve and enhance a castle over 900 years old and the wine-growing know-how passed on there. With a lot of humility, we look for the typicity of local wines and we work the fruit with accuracy and finesse.

Behind us stand centuries of viticulture, a dense and passionate history between men and a unique product. Innovation exists and it must exist, but it is only there to sublimate the essential: the work of the land, its fruits and the pleasure of tasting.

Coming from the entrepreneurial world Audouin grew up in Martinique, before attending an engineering school in Paris. Emerging from a 3-year experience in software and online payment, the wine world is a real discovery. Learning every day, the development of a great wine requires the addition of thousands of small details. Wine, wine tourism, is concrete and the possibility of innovation is infinite.
Audouin D'ABOVILLE

30 years

Claire is the child of the country, originally from Libourne. After two bachelor's degrees in history and art history at the Sorbonne, she completed a master's degree in marketing and undertook the specialized master's degree in Wine Estate Management at Bordeaux Sciences Agro. Attached to its roots and history, taking over an estate such as Panisseau is above all the challenge of preserving know-how, heritage and family tradition.
