Description
Dominant blend of Sémillon 80-90 % and Muscadelle, from plots of very high quality old vines and harvested by hand in the years 2002 and 2004. It is the almost perfectionist search for the expression of a varietal wine on one of the most beautiful terroirs in the world.
A real treasure of the property, kept out of sight for more than 20 years in the cellar of the castle. This fluffy will accompany you during special events (Christmas, celebrations, birthdays) and will go perfectly with foie-gras and desserts.
