Secure payment by card. (VISA, Mastercard & Maestro accepted). The bank card is debited immediately after validation of the order by the buyer.

For products in stock, the delivery is carried out for information purposes under 6 to 14 working days from receipt of payment and depending on the region concerned.

The buyer can return the products ordered to Château de Panisseau either by a service provider of his choice, or by the seller's service provider.

In all cases, the buyer will bear the cost of return.

Returned products, subject to the right of withdrawal, will only be taken back by the seller if they are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. One or more damaged or partially consumed products cannot be reimbursed.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the seller reimburses the buyer as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date of receipt by the seller of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions provided for in this article.

The reimbursement of the buyer will be made, at the choice of the seller, either by bank transfer or by bank check addressed to the buyer.
